11:00 at the latest unless agreed otherwise Deposit payment of minimum 60% is required to confirm a booking. Up to 100% pre-payment may apply Unless otherwise requested by the guest at the time of booking full-prepayment will be charged to guest' credit card. Guests who would prefer to pay via bank transfer or cash deposit to avail the 5% discount of the full rental amount are kindly required to mention this in the comment section at the time of booking. We apply a no cancellation and no amendment policy to all our properties. Refunds upon cancellation and no-show are strictly at the discretion of management All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms. Maximum occupancy at our property includes children. Management reserves the right to deny guests who come in larger numbers unless previously agreed Pets are not allowed unless previous agreed. |
Terms
- Please note that daily housekeeping is not included. Housekeeping can be arranged upon request at the rate of MYR 60 for 4 hours.
- Extra guests above the maximum occupancy as stated above will be charged RM 100 per night up to a maximum of 2 additional guests ONLY.
- A security deposit of MYR 500 IN CASH is required upon check in for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
